Excellent service

My daughter has needed support recently. We have had no problems getting an appointment we even got one 20 mins after asking for one. She has had fantastic advice, support and treatment from one Dr and I cannot thank him enough, he has not only helped her but he has helped the whole family with his support of my daughter. I am so very happy with the surgery and send out thanks to all the staff

5 star service again

I had major foot surgery a few months ago and have been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort and numbness. Just over a week ago, both of my feet swelled up so much and were so painful, I could hardly walk. I rang the surgery @ 9.35am on a Monday morning so I didn't expect to get an appointment that day. The receptionist I spoke to was so caring and concerned that they said they would have a word with the duty doctor. Within 30 seconds she came back on the phone and asked if I could come to the Manchester Road site at 12.30pm. The doctor I saw was really thorough and checked me out fully. They then suggested I needed some strong anti-inflammatory medication to alleviate the swelling and pain. Within a few hours I was pain-free so thanks again to the surgery for providing me with 5 star service.

Never been as comfortable!

It was my first time after registering here. And I was very nervous. I had an appointment with a doctor and wow! I was so comfortable and felt like I was being listened to throughout. She made me feel like I wasn't just a number and she wanted to help me and understood. I will be asking for her as my 'normal' doctor from now on. Also the lady on reception was lovely, understood my concerns and got me seen that day lovely staff/practice keep it up! And thank you for helping me feel confident !

Much improved

As someone who only ever goes to see their GP under sufferance, partly because in the past it has been so difficult to get an appointment, I have been pleasantly surprised recently when, not only have I been able to get through on the phone, I have been able to get an appointment the same day to see someone.
